Ventura, California—Museum of Ventura
County offers an incredible line-up of events
and exhibitions throughout the year. It is a
must-see during your visit to the city of
Ventura. Among the exhibitions of past, some of
our favorites included fashions made from
recycled bicycle tires, fabric, glass, plastic
and precious metal. It included 30 local and
regional artists and designers who created
clothing and accessories for the Museum of
Ventura County’s annual art as fashion event
Transformation: A Fashion Performance. The
fundraiser is normally held in early October.
The Museum of Ventura County is at 100 E. Main
in downtown Ventura. The museum is open Tuesday
through Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., first Fridays
of the month until 8 p.m. Admission: $ Several
