The north redwood coast city of Eureka is such a charming place in California, you can hardly believe it.

From the worlds tallest redwood trees and community parks filled with these thousand-0f-years old treasures, to the Pacific Ocean and the history of lumber, Eureka is so unlike any other place.

While Southern California, its deserts and mountains are so tanned to gray, Eureka is green, green, very green. It rains quite a bit, which makes the trees so tall, the grass so green the sky so blue when the sun breaks through and Victorian buildings look so fresh & clean.

If there's one place you should see, go see the redwoods.
