San Diego Zoo Entrance

San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park is one of the nation's favorite zoos. Located in the heart of San Diego at Balboa Park, the zoo is open daily at 9 a.m. In the summer months it stay open longer (till around 9 p.m.) There are restaurants, an excellent gift store, lots of shaded areas to sit and rides such as a skyride and tramway that provides a guided tour.
