60 Free Los Angeles Halloween Events on October 31

L.A. is a big city and it’s no wonder that there are Halloween happenings all around the town. The city’s parks and recreation department is hosting over 100 Halloween events, with 60 of them free on October 31. Here are 60 free Los Angeles Parks & Rec events!

  • Free at Pan Pacific Recreation Center, 7600 Beverly Blvd., 4-8 p.m. all ages are invited to Halloween Games, Haunted House, Moon Bounce, Face Painting, Costume Contest, Prizes, Snack Bar and Candy. Phone: (323) 939-8874
  • Free at Queen Anne Recreation Center, 1240 South West Blvd.,  4-8 p.m. all ages are invited to Carnival Games, Costume Contest, Goodie Bags, Haunted Walk. Phone: (323) 857-1180
  • Free at South Seas House, 2301 W 24th St., 4-8 p.m., all ages can attend and enjoy Carnival Games and a Haunted House. Phone: (323) 373-9483
  • Vineyard Recreation Center, 2942 Vineyard Ave.,  4-7 p.m., is hosting a free Costume Contest, Moon Bounce, Arts and Crafts, Face Painting, other Contests. Open to all ages. Phone: (323) 732-2469
