If you are a fan of Aebleskivers and parades (3!) then you better head to California’s Central Coast this weekend for Solvang Danish Days Sept.16-18, 2016. The festivities begin on Friday, Sept. 16 with Viking Beer & Wine Garden, Opening Ceremonies and Torchlight Parade. Saturday there’s a Viking Encampment and Randel McGee plays Hans Christian Andersen, plus Danish concerts, Aebleskiver Eating Contest and the Biggest Parade. Sunday it’s more contests, food, wine, beer, concerts and the Children’s Parade. So much fun — and so many parades. See: solvangdanishdays.org
