The famed Elvis Honeymoon House in Palm Springs doesn’t look like anything special from the front. In terms of curb appeal, you’d say it’s nice — unique. But a LOOK magazine feature in 1962 called it the House of Tomorrow. At the time its architectural design was dynamo. It has curved windows, a huge pool, and sits at the base of the San Jacinto mountains. (Up in those very mountains in Idyllwild, the popular Elvis Presley-Charles Bronson musical movie, Kid Galahad, was filmed in the early 1960s.)
