Part of Nisei Week celebration is the annual Day Lee Foods Gyoza Eating Championship on Aug. 20, 2016. Don’t try this at home. You’ll have to scarf down more than a mind-blowing 384 gyoza—which adds up to about 15 pounds of potstickers consumed in 10 minutes.
