Michael Gardner and the Board of Charity Events Productions:
There have been several questions and I wanted to give everyone the OFFICIAL word. The Santa Cruz Scottish Festival is cancelled for 2014. We staged the event for 7 years (going back to the Dragonslayers Ren Faire), and, for a number of reasons, we decided the business model wasn't working. We'll be spending the next few months trying to re-evaluate and re-working to determine if the event is worth the cost and effort. Thank you for your loyalty and I hope you will keep checking back.
