Drink guilt-free and enjoy life at Moss Beach Distillery, once a speakeasy where bootleg liquor was served to thirsty customers during the prohibition. Perched on a hill overlooking the Pacific, the pet friendly restaurant with sweeping views is known for its ambience and special sunsets. It’s also known for the Blue Lady ghost.

Roll back more than 70 years to imagine a married woman (who wore blue) frequenting “Frank’s”. She fell for the piano player and spent many evenings at the club enjoying moonlit strolls with him. She mysteriously died there and although cause of her death is speculation, things began happening after she passed. To this day unexplained phenomena continue to startle restaurant staff and guests.

Mystery writer Dashiell Hammett frequented the place and used it as a setting for one of his detective stories. There definitely is an eery feel after the sun goes down and the jazz bands begins to perform!
