California Street Fair 101 – Where to Go, What to See

Pictured is the Encinitas Street Fair which actually shuts down a portion of the 101, the coastal road parallel to I-5 in North San Diego County, for a festive carnival, entertainment with bands, shopping, dining and all things beach. The event happens on April 27 & 28, 2013. Other fantastic street events in California this weekend include:
