The more high tech the world becomes the more many of us value good, old-fashioned, face-to-face customer service. We value the caring friendships we develop where we shop, the smiles of those we deal with that lift us up, the knowledge and positive attitudes that a lot have when dealing with the public. They can sometimes change your outlook with a smile. We consumers should have an “attitude of gratitude” for those employees, who consistently lift our spirits just by their personality and presence.
