Dogs on California State Beaches

Dogs will be dogs! Whenever you take a dog to the beach you can see all the great survivor skills emerge. Dogs can catch fish with their mouths & teeth, they can run like Lassie to get help, and after several people drowned recently at California beaches while swimming into currents to try to save their dogs, the dogs simply paddled their way back to shore. Lifeguards warn visitors to beaches that IF your dog appears caught in currents, DO NOT try to rescue your pet. Here are California State Beaches that allow dogs on the sand.
