If the Greek customs, dances and foods seem a little foreign, stick around at a Greek festival and eventually you’ll be one of the family. The hospitality is similar to being in a Greek home sharing the laughter and joy of life. Californians can look forward this spring and summer to over a dozen Greek festivals throughout the state, including one that just came to our attention. The San Jose Greek Festival takes place on the last weekend in May (May 29-31, 2015), and includes all the great Greek cooking you’ve probably tried at least once or twice.
