New HB Air Show Hopes to Be Biggest in U.S.

Breitling Jet Team recently appeared in San Francisco’s Fleet Week. Having flown in 38 countries, this weekend they’re excited about the launch of a new event, Breitling Huntington Beach Airshow Oct. 21-23, 2016. They have their sights on making this the biggest show in the U.S. The inaugural event already ranks as one of the premier events in the U.S. among an estimated 300 air shows. California airports, air bases and destinations host over 30 air shows annually with Wings, Wheels & Rotors in Los Alamitos also held this weekend.
BREITLING HUNTINGTON BEACH AIRSHOW
- United States Air Force Thunderbirds, flying F-16s
- France-based Breitling Civilian Aerobatic Jet Team, flying L-39 Albatros aircraft within 9 feet of each other at speeds of more than 435mph
- An F-18 Super Hornet TAC Demonstration
- Lyon Air Museum’s C-47 Dakota
- U.S. Coast Guard Search and Rescue Operation
