I just bought several pints of Trader Joe’s pumpkin ice cream, sold seasonally beginning in October. Their recipe is one of the best anywhere. If you haven’t tried it, get ready to get hooked. Pumpkin pies, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin soup, pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin ice cream are just a few dishes you’ll find in restaurants and sold at festivals. Get out and enjoy the pumpkins!
