17th annual Pumpkin Patch Car Show, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. with live music, vendors and a classic display of pre-1975 cars and trucks. Choose your pumpkin and check out the beautiful display of classic cars! Heritage Park gives the perfect backdrop to enjoy a part of the past with our 16th Annual Classic Car Show. Awards will be given for the top cars. Music, prizes, 50/50 drawing, food, hay rides and antique farm equipment are all part of the fun.

The 38th Annual Children's Halloween Parade at Heritage Plaza (CVS) invites ages 1-12 years to show off their costumes while gathering treats from the merchants. A raffle is held at 10:45 a.m. Participants must be present to win. (Co-sponsored by the Heritage Plaza Merchants' Association & the Community Services Department)
The parade starts behind One West Bank and follows around the entire shopping center providing a great opportunity for the children to show off their costumes and gather treats from the merchants.
10:45 a.m. A random drawing will be held in front of Mi Ranchito. You must register to be eligible to win. Entry blanks are available ONLY at the Heritage Plaza on the day of the parade. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing.

Every year local merchants in Old Town La Verne host a safe, family-oriented, trick-or-treat candy walk for children on the afternoon of Halloween. In addition, the University of La Verne regularly hosts a cable television variety show at Mainiero Square where children are invited to appear in costume and be a part of the Halloween fun. Winners of the annual Halloween coloring contest are also announced and awarded prizes for the event.
