Lighted Tractor Parades
In California’s ag-focused cities where tractors are part of the daily scene, there’s nothing more fun than seeing these “work horses” decorated in sparkling lights parading down the main drag of town as the recognized stars of holiday celebrations. Slightly old-fashioned and generally low tech, the lighted tractor parades are endearing to those who see local tractors in a new light providing entertainment. Featured in these photos is Reedley’s annual Electrical Farm Equipment Parade scheduled for Dec. 4, 2014. This year’s theme is “A Cowboy Christmas.” We pay homage to Reedley and its Farm Equipment Parade for making our day. These fantastic machines and the farmers who operate them help feed Californians and the World this Thanksgiving, Christmas, and every day.
