Nutty California Festivals — as in Almonds, Walnuts

You may be feeling a little corny as in Brentwood Corn Festival, but not this time of year, and NOT at the nut festivals that are coming your way. California’s cash crop that claims to have knocked grapes products out of second place for state exports is the nut (and especially almonds). Nuts aren’t new to the state, and neither are the festivals that salute them. If people say,  “you’re nuts!”  then that’s a good thing. Stand proud, love who you are and make your way to nut country for the nuttiest festivals on the planet.
