There’s never a shortage of things to do in California. This week is packed with punch as you taste, race, ride, glide and feel good inside. From eating peaches to watching pooches, here are a few festivals and events to help you have a good life!

  • Don’t you feel warm and fuzzy inside when your peaches just burst with pride? Marysville Peach Festival is featuring sweet, juicy peaches.
  • Did someone tell you that you’re full of hot air? Santa Paula Citrus Festival will take care of that sourpuss this weekend.
  • Joey Chestnut from San Jose just set the world record for eating the most dogs. Don’t get any ideas when you see the swift little canines this weekend in the Wienerschnitzel Dachshund Race!
  • In Greenville they’re digging the weather and a whole lot more at Gold Digger Days Parade.
  •  The jester, joker and juggler will make you smile at Central Coast Renaissance Festival this weekend in San Luis Obispo!
  • Surfers are keeping their cool and putting on a show at San Clemente Ocean Festival.
  • Water ski to Avalon and back again? You might not make it – but plenty of people plan to get on board and join the fun by watching the Catalina Ski Race.
