Season of Glass

For many Californians Fall is their favorite season thanks to GLASS. In the Autumn festivals and events such as Fallbrook’s Galaxy of Glass (pictured) or the California glass pumpkin patches celebrate the medium with a menagerie of colors, shapes and things ranging from vases to wine glasses, jewelry, wall art, hanging ornaments, wind chimes and more. Glass isn’t the only medium you’ll find this Fall, however. In art festivals this weekend you’ll see metal sculptures, wood, canvas, paper, and even stone. If the Labor Day holiday ended too fast, go see some art and you’ll bounce right back!
