See Sea Glass

This weekend in Cayucos by the Sea the annual Sea Glass Festival, a bash of trash, is one of the fantastic artist events that thousands of guests come to see. Sea glass, or trash as some call it, is broken glass from old bottles and other discarded objects that the ocean smooths into beautiful shapes. The objects are then made into jewelry, wind chimes and other interesting art objects. Other sea glass festivals take place in Santa Cruz (Nov. 5-6) and Santa Barbara (Aug. 27-28, 2016).
