At Port Hueneme Banana Festival there are some fruits running around this week on Sept.29. While the port prides itself in keeping them contained (as in containerized shipping,) the fruit-loose festival celebrates banana shipments imported to California at Port Hueneme.

If you could travel the state this weekend, you’d fill your fruit basket with a rainbow mix of colors, and enjoy lively drinks and beverages, as well.
