Walk the Wine, Appetizer and Music Trail Start the evening with a shuttle ride from Carmichael Elementary School on Sutter Avenue to Carmichael Community Garden at Sutter Park where you will enjoy a glass of wine, greet friends, listen to music, and wander the lovely gardens. As you stroll the tree-lined wine, appetizer and music trail to dinner in the Charles Jensen Botanical Garden, taste local restaurants' bites and with musical groups performing in gardens.  At the end of the trail,  a family-style gourmet meal  begins promptly at 6:30, the Auction at 7:30, and finally, a musical soiree until 8:45.

Dinner with Albany (biennial event) is an incredible community event that features a sit-down dinner on Solano Avenue to celebrate the community sharing a meal with friends, family and neighbors. The event was originally created to celebrate the city's centennial in 2008. It was such a huge success it has become a biennial event. Over 600 dinner tables are placed in the middle of Solano Avenue (between San Pablo & Talbot Avenues) for dinner under a canopy of lights. At 6:45 pm, the dinner bell rings, and there's a toast! Attendees are encouraged to bring a pot luck from home, buy food from local participating restaurants at the event or pre-order food from your favorite local eatery and bring it with you. Music by Tainted Love, Kickin' the Mule  and dancing in the streets.
