September County and Country Fairs in California

September is a fantastic month for a fair in California. Why? Fair goers have likely attended their fair share and probably have been to one or more before September arrives. When Labor Day (first Monday in September) rolls around the festival pickings tend to slim out (till Halloween in October.) Until that time you can enjoy the creature comforts of fairs.
