West Hollywood’s trend-setting culinary scene delivers on summer drinks with creative, colorful and cool cocktails! Visit West Hollywood (visitwesthollywood.com) put this list together with the restaurant name first, the drink in quotation marks, and finally the ingredients. You might also enjoy a special watermelon cocktail in honor of the 4th of July!

HARLOWE: “TO HELL WITH SPAIN”

  • Three different sherries, bourbon, orange and strawberry garnish, topped with crushed ice, which mellows this drink out perfectly as you sip it through the straw.

EVELEIGH: “LUCKY LOUIE”

  • White rhum with muddled, tropical kumquats, fresh lime, ginger and anise for a drink that will knock your socks off.

GRACIAS MADRE: “SORRY MS. JAMSON”

  • Balls of crushed ice drenched in mescal, jalepeno, fruit syrups and other delicious surprises. Combine apricot jam with subtle mezcal, lemon, and habanero bitters and top it off with a Tempranillo wine float, creating a beautiful, balanced drink that’s equal parts smoky, spicy, and sweet.

LUCQUES: “LEAF & SPEAR”

  • Combine a kale-infused rum with cilantro, parsley, cumin, lime and jalapeno.

THE CHURCH KEY: “CHEF FRETZY”

Frida Tequila Blanco, Aperol, lime, and watermelon juice, with a dehydrated Campari salt rim.

BAR10: “BASIC BITCH”

  • Hanson’s Ginger Vodka, coconut water, blueberry and simple syrup.

  • Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila makes for a delicious base when combined with watermelon, lime, and jalapeño. That spicy end note is the perfect complement for the summer heat.

  • Based on two floral flavors—hibiscus-infused Russian Standard vodka and elderflower liqueur—and accented with cranberry and dry Champagne.
