Universal Studios Hollywood New Batch of Halloween Horrors

Published on: September 13, 2019

It didn’t take long for Universal Studios Hollywood to define itself in California’s Halloween theme park field of competitors. In just a few short seasons the event planners knew exactly what to do stand out from the crowd. Considering the entity is both a film studio and a theme park, why not use original content from some of their most popular horror and scare movies as material for the annual Halloween attraction, Halloween Horror Nights?

And that’s exactly what they’ve done! Each year the Halloween event offers new films and themes for mazes and attractions, while bringing back successes from the past, as well.

2019 Halloween Horror Nights – tickets!

  • Us – an all-new maze based on the blockbuster film from Universal Pictures and visionary Academy Award-winning filmmaker Jordan Peele
  • Ghostbusters – based on Sony Pictures’ classic 1984 film
  • Stranger Things – taken from seasons 2 and 3 of a Netflix supernatural thriller
  • Killer Klowns from Outer Space – 1980s horror sci-fi film featured in this all-new chilling maze
