Dance, climb, plan at travel show

Travel isn’t just about traveling. It’s also about what you DO when you travel. Do you dance, sing or climb? You do if you attend a travel show, where the fun is on the floor and you have access to hundreds of destination experts who can answer thoughtful (or stupid) questions — from around the globe! But don’t be surprised if you see somebody break into dance mode. From Bubble Roller balls that glide across the water (with you in them) to ziplining, rock climbing and even dancing, the Los Angeles Travel Show was a barrel of (wine) laughs if you visited the Napa booth. It included a contest to guess the Belly Flops in a big jar of Jelly Belly candies at the Fairfield booth. Yosemite’s Tenaya Lodge provided the rock climbing wall and said that if you come to visit them you’ll get to try it there, along with ice skating outdoors.
