If you are looking for a free event to celebrate New Year's, CityWalk, the free admission dining and entertainment portion of Universal Studios Hollywood is featuring two stages with rocking bands, and free fireworks to ring in the New Year with a bang.

Gretchen Bonaduce's Ahnk Will Perform, along with the band, Fast Times, starting around 9 p.m. and going till 12:30 a.m. L.A.'s largest FREE New Year's Eve Party at CityWalk, Universal Studios Hollywood, is bringing double the excitement with two stages featuring live bands and giant video screens, and three fireworks locations. The new Cinema Plaza Stage and Fireworks Viewing Area will feature the band FAST TIMES. The Globe Fountain Stage and Fireworks Viewing Area will feature Gretchen Bonaduce's ANKESENAMEN.

The WaterWorld Arena Fireworks Viewing Area is new for 2010. The area will be a seated area for viewing fireworks. The space is the best location for families. Food and beverage concessions will be available in the Arena. This viewing area will open at 10pm and is "First Come, First Served."

Within the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park, traditional white Christmas and an encounter with the not-so-traditional green Grinch will await guests as The Entertainment Capital of L.A. celebrates "Grinchmas"with tons of powder-fresh snow, meetings with The Grinch, Cindy Lou-Who and Max the Dog and a "Whoville"jubilation at the original movie sets where the classic "Dr Seuss'How the Grinch Stole Christmas!"was filmed.
