An historic California ranch operated by the City of Long Beach, Rancho Los Alamitos, hosts events throughout the year such as the Harvest Festival. Events include crafts, music, and opportunities to wander through the grounds of this Long Beach treasure. Once part of a vast land-holding that included a sizable portion of Los Angeles, all that remains of the Rancho is a ranch house, barns, stables, and gardens, now operated as a museum in the gated Bixby Hills next to Cal State Long Beach.
