Remember “I Shot the Sheriff” by Eric Clapton and inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame? He didn’t write the song, nor did he sing it first. Reggae legend Bob Marley did, and he’ll be one of the first honorees at a new Reggae Legends Hall of Fame in Balboa Park. But not before the 33rd annual Tribute to the Reggae Legends concert takes place on President’s Day Feb. 17, 2014, in San Diego Sport Arena.
