The Westminster TET Parade Committee has announced the 2011 TET Parade will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011, beginning at 9:30 am at the corner of Magnolia Street and Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, California. The parade route runs along Bolsa Avenue from Magnolia, turns on Bushard Street and ends at Bishop Place. Over 10,000 people are expected to attend the event, which has been held most years during the Tet Festival in Garden Grove planned for Friday, Feb. 4 through Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011. That event will be held in Garden Grove Park. 9301 Westminster Ave., Garden Grove, CA. Cost: $5 person; $4 Children under 4 feet
