One very special day called La Fiesta Pequena officially opens Old Spanish Days, an annual event in Santa Barbara that begins on the steps of the church at Old Mission Santa Barbara. Fiesta's traditional songs and dances: tunes of the Californios, Flamenco, Spanish classical, and Mexican folklorico dances take guests back to another time when. Surprisingly, the mission is still a time capsule and gathering spot for families, friends and community members attracted to its ambiance, beauty and history.
