Windmill Lighting Saturday,|  Thousands of festive lights will once again illuminate the historic 30-foot Diamond Bar windmill for the holiday season. There will be refreshments, entertainment, and the Diamond Bar Sheriff’s team will be collecting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards for children ages newborn to 14 as part of its annual Pack-A-Patrol Car toy drive.
