Annual Christmas Tree Lighting is a reason to celebrate the season in Perris, California. Sure, they don't have the Eiffel Tower of gay Paris, but they have the awesome California weather and fun-loving spirit that makes Perris such a special place to be during the holidays. Have a great night out and celebrate the holiday season with the City of Perris!

It all starts at 6 p.m. with the lighting of the City's 32 ft. Christmas tree. When the tree is lit with the help of the Mayor of Perris, you know who will arrive to chat with children and take photos. Enjoy performances from community youth groups, schools and churches.

Complimentary desserts are served at the conclusion of the event. Food and beverages are also available for purchase as well as photos with Santa or bring your own camera.

In the event of rain, this program will be held inside of the Bob Glass Gymnasium, 101 North D Street. Another Christmas event celebrated at the same location is the Christmas Parade that ends at the Gymnasium where kids can meet Santa.
