Kick off your holiday festivities with a true community event. Bring the entire family to the City's Traditional Tree Lighting Ceremony on the first Saturday in December at the Town Center green. The traditional Tree Lighting takes place at 8:30 p.m.
The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and a wonderful evening of music and entertainment includes crafts, activities, and a frosty snow play area for children ages 3-11.
Photos with Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Santa's elves $2 per picture for kids eager to tell Santa their Christmas wishes. Free treats will be available for all in attendance while supplies last.
The entertainment will include the finest performers from the local schools and community.
