The Annual "Dine About Town San Francisco" Restaurant Promotion allows
locals and visitors to experience San Francisco's 100 participating
restaurants at a fraction of the price with up to a 25% savings off regularly priced a la carte items.

Dine About Town was developed by the San Francisco Convention & Visitors
Bureau (SFCVB) in January 2002 to encourage more people to dine out and
boost restaurant revenue after the tragedy of 9/11. Its primary
goal -- to increase restaurant revenue during a two-week time period after
the holidays.
Dates and times of participation vary by restaurant. A la carte menus will
also be available. Reservations are encouraged and may be made online
through a partnership with OpenTable.com. Information is also available by
