4th of July Parade

July 4, 2023, 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Come to Downtown Pleasant Hill and see the World Famous Pleasant Hill Parade! Parade at 9:30-10:30 a.m. Downtown Contra Costa Blvd. to Crescent Dr. area. Ends on Crescent at Cleaveland Rd.

Over 30 entries in the Pleasant Hill Parade include a Fire Engine, floats, Boy Scouts carrying the American flag, Classic Cars, Cheerleaders, and more!

Party in the Park

After the parade ends, walk over to Pleasant Hill Park for live music, food, and fun for the kids with 2 slides and 3 inflatables! Jinx Jones band performs music.

Fireworks at College Park High School

Fields open at 6:30 p.m.
$4 or more per person suggested donation.

FREE entertainment for the whole family including stage entertainment, kids games, climbing wall, bounce events, community booths, and more. Food and beverages are sold. There will be a wide variety of games and contests at the park. The slides and train ride and the petting zoo will all be back again this year. Good music, food, fun rides, challenging contests and patriotism galore!

Other events in Pleasant Hill include the Easter Egg Hunt and pre-Christmas holiday event called Light Up the Night with carriage rides, Santa and many festivities.
