In addition to Spring Clean-ups, the city of West Covina hosts an  Earth Day celebration.  Public Works - Environmental Services. Did you know that West Covina signed up for a pilot program to recycle food waste headed for compost? It is one of the many way the city and residents participate and live in an eco-conscious manner. Way to go!
