Community members are invited to come out and bring their families for a fun day! There will be crafting corner, golden egg prizes, food! Egg hunt starts at 12 p.m.
Past information:
Delano hosted an old-fashioned Easter Egg Hunt in which the local Kiwanis Club invited teens to help out dying over 4,000-5,000 actual eggs! The eggs were collected, boiled, dyed using industrial cooking equipment, placed on the lawn to dry in the sun, then reassembled into egg cartons and refrigerated till the hunt.
The kids hunted for the eggs and also received a beautiful basket of candy to take home with them. It was one of the nicest, heart-warming events in all of California, and was the major service event for the local Kiwanis Club of Delano.
