The event is designed for ages 7 and
younger. Parents bring your kids and a
basket or bag for children to collect their
goodies during the egg hunt held at Memorial
Park. Great those running shoes ready! The
Egg Hunt is one of San Anselmo's oldest family events, occurring the weekend before Easter at Memorial Park each year. On Saturday morning, the Egg Hunt for children takes place. The field is split up into 3 areas for different age groups and children are lined up around the perimeter of the field. Mr. Bunny counts down from 10, the children get ready to run and find all the treats that have been hidden on the field. After the hunt, there is generally a free show to enjoy, so families are welcome to stay and join us or simply stay on the field to enjoy the company of neighbors and friends.
