Carmel Annual Pumpkin Roll

Saturday, October 25, 2025, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Ocean Avenue & Devendorf Park

Some people just like to carve a pumpkin for Halloween decoration but in California, there's another craze - the Pumpkin Race and the Pumpkin Roll.

Roll pumpkins legally down Ocean Avenue. The City of Carmel supplies the pumpkins, but you can bring your own (undecorated please) and see if you have the fastest pumpkin.

See Carmel Host Lions helping kids decorate pumpkins. Last year  a movie was shown after the Pumpkin Roll
