Spooktacular Trick or Treat Trail includes trick-or-treating, face painting, scavenger hunt and prize, and more. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Goblins and ghouls - throw on your costume and grab your candy bucket, it’s time to trick or treat. Event presented by the City of Concord Recreation Services Department.

Concord Floating Pumpkin Patch

Splash around and pick out the perfect pumpkin in shallow water short-course lanes. Come join our City of Concord’s aquatic staff for a Spooktacular fall-time event for the whole family. 

The shallow lanes will be divided into sections for the pumpkin float based on swimming ability and age.

Once you have picked the best pumpkin in the patch, get dressed in your Halloween costume and head over to the grass area and decorate while enjoying spooktacular music, arts and crafts, and games!

Anyone that plans on participating in the event must be registered online, the price of admission includes pumpkin.
 
Ages 8 years and under, and/or anyone wearing a Coast guard approved flotation device must be accompanied in the water by a legal guardian and within arm’s reach at all times.

The 4th annual Contra Costa Halloween Con features Halloween Costume Contest with prizes, anime, pop culture, toys, collectibles, artwork, comics, art, apparel, games, and special guests such as Jim Cummings and WWE Hall of Fame wrestling manager Jimmy "The Mouth of the South" Hart.  Cummings is the man of 600 voices -  Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Tassmanian Devil and more!
