8th Annual Adult Halloween & Costume Party benefiting the Del Norte Child Care Council.   Boxstore costumes need to beware! New this year by attendee demand: Formal Costume Judging Contest will be at 10 p.m. when contestants will be judged by an official judging panel. There are different categories and lots of prizes!
