Halloween Time, is part of your regular admission from late August through October. Oogie Boogie Bash, Disney's Halloween Party special ticket event at night, sells out each year almost immediately after tickets go on sale.

Festive fall fun arrives at Disneyland Resort beginning Aug. 21, 2026, with a unique blend of family-friendly entertainment and experiences that span from playful Halloween frights to heartfelt cultural traditions. The resort announced a spellbinding lineup of fun for all, including limited-time entertainment, specialty treats and beverages, themed merchandise and more - perfect for making unforgettable memories with family and friends.

From spirited décor and themed versions of attractions, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and friends are ready for photo ops, decked out in new Halloween-themed attire in Town Square.

World of Color - ONE returns to Disney California Adventure Park Aug. 10 through the Halloween season, offering a celebratory journey through 100 years of Disney storytelling.

Disneyland Park

  • Haunted Mansion Holiday inspired by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas signals the collision of two holidays, Halloween and Christmas with spirited surprises like the gingerbread house accompanied by a giant gingerbread zombie, created by the mad scientist in town, Dr. Finkelstein. A gingerbread zombie on an operating table made of delicious gingerbread, licorice jumper cables, sugary gumdrop bolts, hard-coated chocolate candy rivets and peppermint lightning bolt coils is nspired by  Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas.
  • Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit - locate hidden Disney-themed pumpkins across both parks and the Downtown Disney District, along with receiving a special keepsake.

    Autumnal adornments, themed eats and seasonal shopping will bring the spirit to the Downtown Disney District. 
  • Guardians of the Galaxy Monsters After Dark in Disney California Adventure Park exclusively for Halloween Time begins in the late afternoon as darkness sets in. Startled by flashing alarms and creepy sounds, you're being warned that creatures have escaped their glass display cages and chaos is erupting.
  • Radiator Springs transforms to Radiator Screams, decorated with frights and delights for a Haul-O-Ween makeover in Cars Land. Lightning McQueen, Mater, Cruz and Red greet guests in their car-stumes before they race off to go trunk-or-treating.

Halloween Shows

  • Halloween Screams special effects show with flames, projections of rising ghosts and classic Disney villains  Maleficent and Ursula the Sea Witch, set to a medley of Halloween-inspired, show-stopping songs, can be seen on Main Street, U.S.A., Sleeping Beauty Castle and near It's a Small World ride.
  • A fireworks display caps off this seasonal spooktacular on weekends.

Halloween Attractions & Activities

  • Main Street Pumpkin Festival brings a dazzling assortment of pumpkins to Main Street, U.S.A., at Disneyland Park, including the giant Mickey Mouse Pumpkin at the center of the spectacle. Clad in their new outfits at Disneyland Park, Mickey Mouse sports a skeleton-inspired suit and Minnie Mouse and friends don playful patchwork patterns.
  • Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit game board and stickers sold inside the park send guests on a pumpkin hunt for hidden decorative pumpkins themed to Disney characters through the District. Players can return their game board to a redemption location at World of Disney or Disney's Pin Trader for a spooky surprise, while supplies last.
  • Colorful sweet treats such as Mickey's Mummy Popcorn Bucket keepsake, and tasty Poison Skull Apple, the Minnie Witch Apple, the Vampire Mickey Bat Cookie, the Oogie Boogie Crispy and the Cozy Cone Macaron are sold throughout the parks.
  • The Headless Horseman statue and decor from beyond the grave line Buena Vista Street.
