Huntington Beach DOWNTOWN Halloween event  includes street closure on Main Street between Pacific Coast Highway and Orange Avenue. Open to families and all ages, the event is geared mostly for children with a petting zoo, bounce houses, a costume contest, (doggy parade- not announced for 2012 yet) and a pumpkin carving contest. Events are all free and take place on Main Street and cross streets (Olive, Walnut)  in the first 400 blocks of Main Street. Parking in the city garage is limited.
