 Past event:

Sponsored by Downtown Huntington Beach Business Improvement District, this annual event attracts thousands of kids and adults for free entertainment and merchant trick or treating for youth. A variety of activities on city streets that are closed for the special event make this a safe experience for parents who want their kids to have fun but often worry about traffic and crossing busy streets for trick or treating. As an added bonus 5th and PCH which runs parallel a block over from Main Street also opens its doors to activities and fun, all coordinated under the umbrella of one experience.

Open to families and all ages, the event is geared mostly for children with a petting zoo, bounce houses, a costume contest, and a pumpkin carving contest. Events are all free and take place on Main Street and cross streets (Olive, Walnut) in the first 400 blocks of Main Street and 5th Street between PCH & Orange Ave. Parking in the city garage is limited.

Huntington Beach DOWNTOWN Halloween event includes street closure on Main Street between Pacific Coast Highway and Orange Avenue.

Events are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to confirm before going.
