Free but candy donations are needed. Candy donations can be dropped off at Alegria Performing Arts Academy, Turlock Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Antiques, Bella Forte, Farm House, Vail Creek, Little Red Door, Envy, and Paper Moon.

Downtown Turlock Trick or Treat has lots going on! In addition to the Farmers Market, there's trick or treating at participating merchants:

• Pictures with characters at Alegria Performing Arts Academy
• Candy from participating businesses
• Treats from Turlock Certified Farmers Market
• Kids zone in Central Park with bounce house, courtesy Turlock Chamber of Commerce

The annual Downtown Turlock Trick or Treat event is a family-friendly Halloween celebration hosted by Alegria Performing Arts Academy, HeyTurlock,  and the Downtown Turlock Business Owners Committee.

Turlock Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

THE CORN MAZE

Parents, bring the kids for a Halloween Maze with daylight hours, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. ($10-12), amazing pumpkin patch, Scary Shed, movies and more

If you're a pumpkin "nut", oh wow! Varieties include Fairytale, Cinderella, Birdhouse Gourd, Mr. Fugly, Prizewinner, Pink Porcelain Doll, Turk's Turban, Captain Jack and of course, the Classic Carvers.

Corn Maze Freaky Flashlight Nights

($14) not recommended for the younger crowd under age 6 years, but a thrill, nonetheless. Those are held on Fridays & Saturdays 6-9:15 p.m.
