LumiNight offers a walking safari through scenes from our magical planet revealed by larger-than-life lantern sculptures created by Chinese artisans. Celebrating hundreds of large-scale, internally lit creatures such as dinosaurs and Chinese Zodiac animals, explore a Forest of a Million Lights, the Great Barrier Reef and the story of Noah's Ark.  Themed 'Blooming Seasons' see brand-new, bigger and brighter internally lit lanterns up to 30 feet high as well as an 85-foot-wide lantern arch and 100-yard-long spectacular ceramic Chinese Dragon. Explore the Amazon Jungle and journey deep into a vast wonderland filled exotic flowers, trees, insects, mammals, and reptiles. Food & Beverages Available, plus Hand-crafted keepsakes from the mainland Chinese artists. See the art of handcrafted Chinese lantern making, dating back to 2,000 years ago, with a modern twist. Each lantern is hand-crafted of modern materials and eco-friendly colored LED light bulbs, as well as visual moving parts to create larger-than-life imaginative displays. The Chinese Lantern Festival produced by Hanart Culture also features shows, performances, rides and Santa displays. The Lantern Festival is a one of China's most honored traditions, falling on the 15th day of the first lunar month. Lanterns are hung in the streets and children make their own to show off in village parades.
