Creston Classic Rodeo attracts cowboys and cowgirls from all over California as it has since 1996. Creston in San Luis Obispo County is located about 15 miles southeast of the City of Paso Robles. Named after Calvin J. Cressy, it was founded in 1884 on the Rancho Huerhuero Mexican land grant.

The community organized and staffed festival event represents the heart & soul-- the tradition of the hard working pioneers that founded Creston.
