California Rodeo Annual Events

California is known for many things from ultra-modern high rise buildings to the farm. The diversity of the land, the people, their occupations and hobbies make for interesting events allowing the average person to experience a wide range of activities and lifestyles. The rodeo exemplifies California's Wild West roots. See our story and ode to the California Cowboy.  Livestock and cattle are one of California's major industries, and if you believe that life on the farm is boring, you haven't been to a rodeo. The events are held throughout California, and the list below are merely the productions of a single company. Often the rodeo will include other festivities such as a cattle drive, parade, or a county fair. It's a different lifestyle that many can't imagine, but when a city slicker gets in a restaurant where they have the mechanical bull ride, he or she can get a taste of what it's like to be challenged by the unexpected.
