Approx. 230 of the nation's top artists, sculptors, mixed media artists and metal, wood and glass artists converge at La Quinta Civic Center for the premier art festival. La Quinta Arts Foundation in partnership with City of La Quinta produces La Quinta Arts Festival, an award winning event that attracts art patrons and tourists from across the nation to Coachella Valley. La Quinta Arts Festival is nationally recognized by artists as one of the renowned art festivals in the nation. Surrounded by the rugged Santa Rosa Mountains, the 13 acre La Quinta Civic Center campus next to City Hall (at Washington Street & Calle Tampico).

La Quinta Arts Festival includes live entertainment from musicians and bands performing jazz, flamenco and eclectic. Restaurant Row sells everything from iced beverages and cocktails to fresh sandwiches, salads, Chinese, fish, wine and desserts.

Other events throughout the year in La Quinta include a Halloween Carnival and an annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.
